Trust Companions
Companions are personal NPC allies that fight by your side, level up with you, and learn new abilities as their trust grows.
Each companion has a role — Tank, Healer, DPS, Support, or Mage — and unlocks a new ability every 5 levels, from level 5 up to level 80.
How companions work: Use .trust create <tank|healer|dps|support|mage> <name> to create one, or open the Companion panel via the minimap button or by typing /comp in chat.
Companions gain XP from every kill you make and level up alongside you. They work everywhere — solo, in parties, raids, and dungeons.
You can own one companion of each role (5 total) and summon one at a time.
Level sync: A companion's effective level is always capped to your character level — so a level 80 companion on a level 20 character will act as level 20, with scaled stats and only the abilities unlocked up to that point.
The companion still gains XP and trust levels normally while synced, and will grow stronger as you level up together.

The ultimate nuke — a bolt of pure chaotic fire that pierces all resistances and cannot be resisted or absorbed. Deals devastating damage every 20 seconds as the Mage's signature finisher.

Appearance Shop
Each companion starts with one default look. You can unlock up to seven additional appearances per role — each a unique iconic model inspired by WoW lore. The final tiers feature legendary characters as companion skins. Unlocks are permanent.

Buy and equip appearances via the Edit button in the /comp panel, or with .trust buy <role> <2-8> and .trust look <role> <1-8>.

Companion Ascension
Once a companion reaches level 80, you can ascend them through three tiers of power — each tier permanently increases their HP, Mana, Damage, Stats, and Resistances by +10%.
Ascension is performed via the Phoenix Oracle NPC in Dalaran, or with the command .trust ascend <role>.
Each ascension tier also reduces the companion's XP gain by 10% per tier — a price of power.

HOW TO OBTAIN TOKENS
Companion Ascension tokens are rare rewards obtained from raid bosses and world boss encounters. Each tier's token drops from progressively harder content.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Each ascension earns a unique achievement in the Companions category — one per role per tier, for a total of 15 achievements available to earn.
REQUIREMENT
The companion must be level 80 before it can be ascended. Each tier must be unlocked in order — you cannot skip tiers.
